Shipping policy
UK Express shipping is £5.50 per order and is sent via Royal Mail signed for.
UK standard shipping is £4.50 per order and is sent via royal mail signed for.
Your personalised creations are being made with patience and care which takes 3 working weeks (15 Business Days) to craft before shipping.
Please note that shipping time begins once your order is dispatched. For example, if you choose standard shipping, it is 3 weeks for your order to be completed, plus 2-5 days shipping time. If you choose express shipping, it's 3 weeks for your order to be completed, plus 1-3 days shipping time.
We are happy to refund or exchange any non personalised items within 21 days from delivery, if for any reason you change your mind.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for any personalised items.
International orders are accepted and shipping starts from £20 but customs charges, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
